The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, tax information and gender.
• Contact Data includes residential address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions,  operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use      to access our website and app.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website.
• Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• apply for and use our products or services;
• request support from our customer services team;
• subscribe to newsletter;
• request we contact you or for marketing to be sent to you;
• enter a competition, promotion or survey; or
• give us feedback or contact us.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data although we will get your consent before sending third party direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Please remember however that no transmission using our website can ever be guaranteed as secure, therefore, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information which you transfer via our website. 

We keep your personal information for according to the law for up to 7 years. We will then delete your personal information so we and third party organisations no longer have access to this data.

• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
